I’m Von, an Employer Relationship Consultant and I work in partnership with employers to support their recruitment strategies and enhance their workforce through funded and commercial training solutions. While my core expertise lies in Lean Engineering, Manufacturing, and Leadership & Management, I also help businesses access a wide range of tailored training programmes to meet their specific needs.
